Ms. Okieme, Clinical Director of Conscious Puzzles Mental Health Services, brings over a decade of experience as a Clinical Social Worker and Behavioral Therapist. Her career has spanned working with autistic children, cognitively challenged adults, veterans, immigrants, survivors of domestic abuse, and mothers navigating family dynamics. She has also supported individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and those at risk of homelessness, incarceration, or institutionalization—giving her a deep understanding of resilience, crisis, and the human capacity for healing. Today, she applies that same depth of expertise to helping leaders, CEOs, and high-level decision makers manage the unique pressures of leadership, achieve balance, and sustain their ability to lead effectively.
